What We Do

CuliNex Kitchens was founded in 2017 as the premier shared commissary kitchen space in the Seattle metropolitan area. Our 20,000 square foot, purpose-built building features 5 commercial kitchens and bakeries with a central location that has easy access to both I-5 and I-405 in Tukwila, near SeaTac airport.

Our clean, modern facility is home to a variety of Food trucks, Farmer’s Market Artisans, Bakers, Meal Delivery Companies, R&D labs and Ghost Kitchen spaces for already established restaurants and franchises. The fully equipped kitchens feature 24-hour access and monitoring of all refrigerated and freezer storage.

Our Goal

Our goal is to help Food Truck Operators, Caterers, Bakers, Farmer’s Market Vendors, Meal Delivery Services and anyone who requires a commissary kitchen or ghost kitchen to be successful and grow their business. Through our experience and partners we will evolve new programs and opportunities to help all our vendors.
